1. Orders/Quotations/Contracts
The specs of the computer consist of the hardware and software specified by the customer, this is specified through the order page. No additional specifications should be presumed to be included unless it is otherwise stated or on the order page. Additional specs include CD-ROM, mouse and keyboard, LED strips. We reserve the right to change Products (incl. 3rd Party Products) at any time but we guarantee equivalent or superior functionality and performance.
2. Pricing and Payments
Prices quoted by us either through the order page or direct contact are normally inclusive of value added tax or any similar tax. Postage and packaging prices are excluded from the product price and is added on at the payment section. We must receive the full payment before we prepare your order.
3. Delivery
We can deliver products in instalments if said products are out of stock. The delivery time stated (2 weeks) is an approximate guideline products may come sooner. The place of delivery is stated in the order confirmation, if the order needs to be redirected to a new/different address a £20 fee will apply. Likewise, please ensure someone is available at the time of delivery check the package for signs of visible physical damage, if damage is present you can refuse the delivery or mark the package as damaged. Once the product is in your possession the product is at your risk. The product may be collected from our premises, you must have sufficient identification to prove your name and address order.
4. Warranty
Warranty period will begin the day after delivery or collection. The warranty is null and void if ANY components in the machine have been changed/ replaced or repaired by another 3rd party, Customer would be responsible for labour costs. In addition to any warranty you may have purchased with your product, our products (except peripherals) are warranted free from defects for 6 months from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective during your warranty period it will be replaced/repaired with a component of equal performance or equal value. The warranty does not apply to any defects within the product that includes fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, accidents by you or any 3rd party. The use of the product in areas we do not recommend (dusty, hot, unventilated areas) In the event a computer must be returned we will produce a RMA number unauthorised returns will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up their data, we are not responsible for any loss of data In the event of a PC being sent back to us for a fault we will examine the PC for any physical damage if we believe this to be the cause of the fault you are responsible for the costs to repair as the warranty is void.
5. Data Protection
All your data will be protected under the applicable data protection laws, your details will not be transferred to 3rd party companies
6. Repairs
Turnaround can vary from 3-14 days for returned PC’s, you will be contacted after test are carried out to see if you are valid for a repair/full refund. Returned PC’s must be returned in their original packaging with all parts included (including CD’s, wires, crews etc.)
7. Refunds
If a PC is found to be faulty within the first 30 days, you must contact us by written form to be eligible for a full refund. If the PC is found to be faulty-with exception to software faults- a full refund is available. For goods to be eligible for a full refund the PC must be sent back in the original packaging along with all peripherals, CD’s, and manuals. In the event where the PC is found to be not at fault a delivery/collection/cancelation charge may occur.
